Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StreamDab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

License

StreamDab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

The Service

StreamDab streams publicly available internet radio stations sourced from the radio-browser.info catalog. We do not host, control, or own any audio content. Stream availability and quality depend on the broadcaster, not on us.

Free Tier

• The App's free tier provides access to a curated selection of hundreds of popular global radio stations.
• Free-tier access does not expire and does not require a subscription.
• Free-tier features may include ads or station limits at our discretion. As of version 1.0, the free tier has no ads and no time limits.

Premium Subscription

What Premium Unlocks

• Access to every radio station available in the StreamDab catalog (currently around 10,700 stations across all countries).
• The advanced sleep timer with custom durations and fade-out.
• All future Premium-only features at no additional charge for the life of the subscription.

Subscription Tiers and Pricing

• Premium Weekly — billed weekly, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Premium Yearly — billed yearly, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• The price for your region is set by Apple and is shown in the App, and again on Apple's confirmation screen, before you are charged anything. Prices differ per App Store storefront, so no amount is stated here that would be wrong for most readers.

Payment, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS/iPadOS, or App Store → your account → Subscriptions on macOS.

Free Trials

• If a free trial is offered, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends at no charge via your Apple ID settings.
• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected subscription will begin and your Apple ID will be charged.
• One free trial per Apple ID per subscription group, per Apple's rules.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their Refund Policy. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use StreamDab only for lawful, personal listening. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Use the App to redistribute, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit any audio stream.
• Use any automated system to access stream URLs or station metadata at scale.
• Attempt to circumvent the App's premium-tier paywall or subscription verification.

Intellectual Property

• The App, its source code, design, logo, and brand are the property of Martin Temmink ("Temmink"). All rights reserved.
• Audio streams and station content are owned by their respective broadcasters. StreamDab is a player, not a content owner.
• Station catalog data is sourced from radio-browser.info under their open data terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StreamDab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streams, station availability, or the accuracy of station metadata.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temmink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of StreamDab is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and don't collect) your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date and version number on this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Cancelling your Premium subscription does not terminate your right to use the free tier.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
