Vacuum for Final Cut Pro accesses Final Cut Pro library bundles (.fcpbundle) that you explicitly grant access to through macOS folder dialogs. The app operates within the macOS App Sandbox and uses security-scoped bookmarks to remember your selections between launches. It cannot access files outside of your selections.
